Q. Do I need to pay immediately when I sign up?

The short answer is “no” — you are only required to pay after your trial period has come to an end.

Q. Do I have to load my bank card details on the website?

Definitely NOT. We have not created a paygate on the IndieCrew site — as this would mean we have to charge more due to the high banking fees. We want this to be affordable, fair and with the least risk to you.

Q. How do I make payment?

You can EFT your payment and email us the proof of payment. We are in conversation to set up more cost effective, easy to use channels to make payments but this is still a working progress.

Q. Do you have a physical office?

No we do not. IndieCrew is conducted online.
